Squishable BV is dedicated to creating quality products. We warrant that all Squishable products sold within the European Union and the United Kingdom by Squishable or one of its authorized distributors will be free from manufacturing defects (the "Limited Warranty") for a period of two years from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) (the "Limited Warranty Period").

This Limited Warranty applies to single-family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product and is not transferable. This Limited Warranty does not apply to re-sold merchandise. Squishable products sold outside the EU or the UK (including products originally sold by Squishable to distributors outside the EU and the UK, regardless of the location of subsequent sale) are not part of this Limited Warranty, and are warranted solely by the respective distributor in the country of origin. Claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident and normal wear and tear are expressly excluded from coverage under this Limited Warranty.

If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace the product at no cost to you. This is the sole remedy available to you. Contact us to return a defective products within two years at no cost.
