I ended up sending this adorable axolotl to my oldest with a box of goodies. They absolutely love it as axolotls are one of their favorite animals.

So sweet, warm and adorable!

I have the original pink one and when I saw this one released I said I didn’t need it… until I saw him at my local Barnes and Noble. I could not resist! His wiggly little webbed feet?! His oil-slick fin?! The pure black felt gills?? And he’s sooooo soft. He makes a perfect pair with my original Axolotl.

Axolotl looks exactly like my black smoke Maine Coon, so therefore I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
