Bought a lot of y'alls products before, usually in person. First time buying online and overall, I'm extremely impressed. Placing the order was easy, order came faster than expected, and it wasn't missing anything! (Which apparently is a high bar)

My only super nitpick-y thing would be that I wish there was something keeping the hats in shape. Of course I acknowledge this is hard to do with vacuum sealing, but I only say this because rather than looking like cowboy hats, they kinda just look like sad fisherman hats, or a Sombrero that just kinda gave up. Other than that, no notes. You guys are killing it!
